images: coaching Coaching is a minefield. Too many people call themselves coaches but possess no formal qualifications, are not affiliated to any guiding body and have little organisational experience.

At PurplePotential all our people are qualified coaches who have also spent decades in senior leadership positions in the private and public sector. All our coaches are in receipt of professional supervision - it's a requirement of being on our team! PPL coaches are also trained in a variety of development tools such as MBTI and 360 degree feedback design and analysis

We do not specialise in one style of coaching other than to say we are focused on building capacity through coaching to achieve results ...not just to make people feel good!

We also deliver coaching across several layers of an organisation. From executive to team leader and team coaching programmes .

For us coaching is a 'preferred leadership style' that promotes:
  • Honest dialogue and feedback skills
  • Self-awareness
  • Empathy
  • Focusing on achieving results through co-operation not coercion
Examples of PPL coaching programmes
  • Internal programmes for managers that mix theory and practice with ongoing coaching support. Our programmes are challenging but hugely effective because we understand that coaching requires practice, practice and more practice! That is why our programmes are modular, allowing time to use the new found skills in the workplace whilst PPL provide interim tele-coaching to support your people.

  • One-to-one executive coaching. Our coaches are already working with senior clients in many varied organisational environments. At PPL we understand just how lonely senior leadership can sometimes feel and how difficult it can be to get hold of the sort of really honest feedback that you need to develop . Our coaches operate to CEO level and have an array of tools such as MBTI at their disposal.
