Coaching for Performance Programmes

images: team positivity A modular leadership development programme for 52 mid-level leaders with individual , syndicated coaching support wrapped around it. Designed specifically to prepare frontline leaders for significant change and build capacity for a constantly changing environment this programme harnessed practitioners to help design the future within accepted boundaries.

An ideal intervention where change is anticipated such as IT integration projects, mergers or new markets/ working practices.

Convening dialogue

A series of well researched and professionally facilitated events designed to bring together a range of stakeholders with different perspectives and engage them in strengths-based dialogue about the future. These events ranged from 12 senior leaders to 120 practitioners. PurplePotential's 4-phase format is extremely powerful and ensures commitment beyond the event is secured.

An ideal intervention if you are looking to galvanise support for change or seeking to inspire collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
