A client relationship manager will visit you at a mutually convenient time to gain an initial insight into why you are asking yourself these questions and also to begin to understand your priorities.
Most importantly they will listen!
Our people all have two ears and one mouth so they always talk half as much as they listen you see!
This is a good start and hopefully you will get on well.
The next step is to consider taking forward our 3 stage process that starts with initial diagnostics. This can take various forms but usually consists of key stakeholder interviews (in-person or by telephone), a table-top review of existing diagnostic data and some qualitative focus groups. Professionally designed baseline surveys are available if required.
By starting with an open mind we can then base our findings on fact not assumption and move forward to discussing your options .
